About Alliance Lacrosse

Alliance is a girls only program based in California, with a year round training and competitive schedule. Alliance gives players the opportunity to play lacrosse at an extremely high level in all four seasons, while also allowing them to play multiple sports. Alliance players are instructed by professional coaches and compete against the best club teams in the nation.

Our players, coaches and founders have been leaders in putting west coast lacrosse on the map for years. We are highly passionate about the opportunity to grow the sport. Our east coast roots give us a national perspective and network. We invest heavily, with our own experiences in mind, to provide elite teaching and training environments, accelerate skill and lacrosse IQ, and develop teams and individuals to their full potential. Our goal is to provide each player with national exposure and opportunities in order to be evaluated by college programs, and ultimately find the best fit.

Our daughter plays with Alliance because it is like family with a healthy team culture. The girls genuinely love training together. They appreciate each other and are pulling for their teammates to get better.

Our players and families are extremely dedicated. Alliance athletes have aspirations to compete collegiately. We work with families and individual players to prepare, educate and guide their collegiate recruiting journey. Our Alliance recruiting resource team and coaches help assess the skills and potential of each player, create a plan, provide education on the recruiting rules and timelines, and work with the colleges showing interest throughout the process. We work with our athletes to help them learn how to research schools, prepare them for communication with coaches – letters, profiles, videos, social media, phone conversations and on-campus visits. We use our deep network to create and promote opportunities for our players to be showcased and gain exposure. Our players attend camps, showcases and prospect days across the country.

“I like Alliance because it is a positive culture and I feel appreciated and valued…I’m always so happy at practice. I feel so confident walking on the field with my teammates at tournaments because we are like a family who is willing to go to battle for each other.

We specialize in NCAA preparation. Alliance players will enter college with significant experience and exposure to high level concepts, collegiate drills and strategies, reads, positional skill and a substantial background playing different offenses, defenses, rides, transition, specialty scenarios. In addition, our players strive to be high character people on hard working teams, so that they enter college poised to be a great teammate, have a positive impact in the locker room, and make a difference on the field and in the classroom.

We promote a family-friendly culture where parents, coaches, and athletes work together. Alliance is proud of the community and large network of people that we have created. We are humbled and rewarded by the bonds that form, and for the opportunity to bring people together in what we call the Alliance family. There is a genuine regard for each others’ successes, while being there to pick each other up and rally in tough times. Players and families have made friends that will last far past their playing days. Our families pass along knowledge and experiences that help each other with their preparation and planning along the way.

I can’t imagine where I would be as a person and a lacrosse player without the guidance and support that Alliance offers.

At Alliance we encourage multi-age interactions. We prepare each other on the field this way through competition and game-like drills that replicate the pace and pressure of competition. Off the field, our older grad years mentor our younger ones, becoming role models as players and as people. Our girls foster big/little sister relationships, often going to each other’s games and spending time together.

Alliance players are leaders in their community, schools, and teams. They often have the spotlight on them, playing major roles on their team, standing out even since freshman year. Off the field, they are involved in a multitude of different school leadership activities, volunteer roles, community events and civic engagement. Our players often balance jobs with being academically driven in school, and playing other sports. Many serve the game as referees and coaches, giving back and impacting youth. Players enjoy growing their skills playing box lacrosse, as well as focused training in speed, agility, quickness and conditioning.
